The SEAL Software has now been replaced by the Multi-Language Dictionary.

Please go to that section.

The new software supports multiple languages, and includes learning programs, editors, dictionary update, and OCR.

If you installed SEAL Software, you can remove it automatically by downloading and running this program:
UninstallSEAL.exe
