Re-load MLD Web Update

This is a test version of MLD Web Update, with less sensitive timeout logic.

After downloading, run the program. In the main menu, click on Options, then Web Site. Don't change the web site values, but you can change the Timeout value to something else. Try 90 or 120 seconds to start; if that doesn't work, go higher.
