Thai Character Map

Thai Character Map is a utility program that functions like Microsoft's Character Map program; however, it only works with Thai font files with a name with the format Thai***DJA, such as ThaiPlainDJA and ThaiBangkokDJA. Unlike the Microsoft version, you can print a chart of Thai characters.

It also has the capability to speak the Thai characters.
